Why can’t I log in?
Username:
Please login with your existing POKER UTD username.
Password:
You will need to login with your Real Account Password. This is the password you selected on the convert to real registration page, the same password which you currently use when requesting withdrawals. This may differ from your screen name password if you opted not to use the same password when creating you real account.
If you forgot your Real Account Password, No Problem! The login box will provide a Forgotten Password feature that you can use to reset your password after answering a simple security question. A temporary password (that should be changed once logged in) will be emailed and you will be able to logon in no time!
Play for Fun customer:
If you were a Play for Fun only customer on the Tribeca network, your account has not been moved over to the iPoker platform.
Therefore, you will need to set up an account by clicking on ‘Create Account’ button on the login page.
